Maybe it’s just us, but there never seems to be enough rock acts performing on the late night talk show circuit, so when Highly Suspect showed up on CBS’ The Late Show with Stephen Colbert last night, it was a welcomed treat.
The band performed “Little One” off their latest album The Boy Who Died Wolf, and this Sunday, they’re nominated in the Best Rock Song category at the 59th Annual Grammy Awards, which airs live starting at 8 PM EST on CBS.
They face some stiff competition with the likes of Metallica, Radiohead, Twenty One Pilots and the late David Bowie also up for the Best Rock Song Grammy, but anything can happen on “Music’s Biggest Night!” Seriously…remember when Steely Dan won Album Of The Year in 2000 or the Jethro Tull/Metallica Best Hard Rock/Metal Performance incident in 1988?
