During a meeting between the French President and junior ministers, the president's two year old dog Nemo can be seen relieving himself on an ornate fireplace in the background!

The French president's two-year-old dog Nemo has been filmed cocking his leg against an ornate fireplace in his gilded office during a meeting with junior ministers. In the video, Nemo is seen relieving himself behind them as they discuss inner-city investment. 'I wondered what that noise was,' says the junior minister for ecology, Brune Poirson.
