A 40-year-old Schuylkill County man shot his daughter's boyfriend in the groin Sunday afternoon, according to state police. Donald Jenkins Jr., of North White Street in Shenandoah, is charged in a warrant with attempted homicide, aggravated assault, burglary and related offenses.
