Four Teenagers Arrested For Having Sex At Mayflower Beach

Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water.  Four teenagers were arrested for allegedly having sex at Mayflower Beach.  Hey I'm no prude, but REALLY?  In broad daylight?  At 1pm on a beach in Dennis on Cape Cod on the 4th of July?

Didn't they get the memo to at least do this in the evening?  Besides, doing it in the ocean water?  Jeez and...ouch.

As taken from an NBC story

Four teens were arrested after they allegedly started having sex at a Cape Cod beach on the Fourth of July. Dennis police said an officer was on patrol on an ATV at Mayflower Beach just after 1:30 p.m. Tuesday when the officer learned there were four people who were “acting inappropriately in the water.” By the time the officer arrived, a large crowd on the beach had gathered around the four people, and some were expressing their shock about the situation, according to police.

Was the chant (video below) all about being shocked or were they rooting them on, or perhaps they were chanting USA because the blues were there to restore order?  Perhaps all of it.

What struck me was the location, because this happens to be the beach where my girls are this week with their Dad on vacation! I realize anything can be explained away, so I'm not worried about it but I'd  love to see how parents handled it with their kids! "Oh no Johnny they're just playing a new version of Marco Polo".

Rule #621...Keep it in your pants til ya get home kids. Or try it later and get arrested at night like the rest of us.

Police arrest teens after report of sex at Dennis beach

DENNIS-Three teenagers arrested on Mayflower Beach Tuesday afternoon after allegedly having sex in the water while a crowd gathered to cheer them on, and a friend who police say didn't listen when he was told to leave the area, will not be arraigned for at least six months, an Orleans District Court judge said.
