Are the Foo Fighters adding the U.S. to their 2017 tour itinerary?
The group's Foo Fighters Passport site showing locations the band plans to play this year includes a new dot in northern California, though no specific city nor date have been revealed; There's some speculation that it could be the Outside Lands Festival which takes place during mid-August in San Francisco. So far it's the only U.S. locale on the map.
The Foos have been off since finishing their last tour in November of 2015, though the group played a benefit concert during October in Los Angeles and will be part of the MusiCares Person of the Year tribute to Tom Petty on February 10 in Los Angeles. The group has already announced summer festival dates in Poland, Belgium, Spain and Portugal.
