Ask Weezer A Question - Amy Brooks

We are just a couple of days away now from our intimate live show with one of my all time favorite 90's bands, Weezer.  But what's really gonna make this Songs and Stories performance is going to be YOUR questions.  I have always found that no matter how much I know about a band or how much I research or how much I've seen them or how much music of theirs I've listened to, the BEST questions come from someone other than me. It's almost like I'm too close to it or something. I try not to ever lose perspective, and I do consider myself to be the biggest fan of the music I play every day on the radio but I believe that the greatest questions aren't from the interviewer but from you the passionate music fan!

So post whatever it is you'd like to ask the band, even if you aren't going to the show and maybe they'll answer your question during this week's Songs and Stories.  We will post video for those of you who aren't inside.

Post it and we will get the question to Rivers, it'll then be up to them which ones they choose to answer as we kick back and watch it all unfold.

Here is the song "I Love The USA" which they released this past summer in honor of NASA's spacecraft that finally made it to Jupiter's orbit safely 5 years after it was launched (which is just as mind blowing as the song itself).  It's cool how River's absolutely shreds on the guitar after a more ominous start on the piano.  Performed on The Late Late Show with James Corden, fittingly, this past July.

It just seems to me that their, especially River's, effortlessness couldn't possibly produce the kind of sound they do.  Another reason why I so look forward to Friday's Songs and Stories with Weezer.
