LISTEN: New Clip From Izzy Stradlin Song Featuring Matt Sorum

They may not be part of the current Guns N' Roses reunion, but former GNR members Izzy Stradlin and Matt Sorum have found a way to play together this year.

Sorum is playing drums on Stradlin’s new song "F.P. Money," which is due to be released next month as part of the guitarist's first new solo album in six years. In an online posting, Stradlin writes that he and Sorum "crossed paths earlier this year and both agreed it might be fun to one day throw down a new track and see what we get."

Stradlin reportedly turned down an offer to be part of the GNR tour -- which he has not confirmed -- while Sorum has said he was not invited to be part of the trek. The two last recorded together for GNR's Use Your Illusion albums in 1991.
