ICYMI: Smashing Pumpkins Holding Actual “1979” House Party

The Smashing Pumpkins are kicking off their “Shiny And Oh So Bright” tour in a very unique fashion, and fans have the opportunity to take part.

On June 28, the band will be performing a show at an undisclosed home in Los Angeles that’s being dubbed the “1979 House Party,” a nod to the music video for the Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness track “1979.”

Fans can enter to win entry to this exclusive party at SmashingPumpkins.com/1979.  The sweepstakes winner and a guest will receive exclusive access to the 1979 House Party, a Yamaha guitar, round-trip flights to Los Angeles, Calif., a two-night stay at a Hilton hotel, and a cash card for ground transportation.
