AccuWeather shares that the new scientific phenomenon called a "Black Moon" which occurs when there are 2 new moons.

You won't be able to see the glow of the moon, so literally, it's like Pink Floyd. You'll only see The Dark Side Of The Moon.

According to the video below posted by AccuWeather, credited from NASA, you will, however, be able to see stars extremely clear because of what direction the moon is actually pointing, so if you're a photographer that wants to chase some stars, now would be the time.
