Patriots Do Not Have A First Round Draft Pick

The Patriots want us not to forget, that they DON'T have a first-round draft pick.

And in fact- to remind us of this, they shared a captionless photo of Tom Brady across their social media accounts just as the NFL Draft started yesterday (Thursday).  I agree with the Boston Globe when they said that the message had to be two-fold... That The Pats continue to support Tom through this on-going bogus thing called Deflategate, (which is the reason they don’t have a first-round pick), and that they have a special knack for finding quality picks in any given later round (ie: TOM BRADY - #199 in the sixth round 16 years ago).

All that aside, I do like this kid, Jared Goff.  I just wonder how long it'll take for him to be ruined by the NFL?  I know I know, not nice Amy.

I look forward to revisiting this video 10 years after he's established himself as a top QB in the league.

So good luck Jared.

Hopefully those pictures you have with Goodell will become some of the final ones ever seen with him at the podium on draft day.
