NIN Nominated For Rock Hall

Nine Inch Nails has been nominated again for induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

The Trent Reznor-led group is on the finalist ballot for a second straight year, joining other veteran acts such as Yes, Chicago, Deep Purple, Cheap Trick, Steve Miller, the Cars, Janet Jackson, Los Lobos, nine inch nails, the Smiths, the Spinners, N.W.A., James Brown's J.B.'s, Chic and Chaka Khan.

Ballots have been set to professional voters, while fan voting is open and runs through December 9 at RockHall.com.

The inductees will be announced shortly after, with the induction ceremony to take place next April in New York. HBO will again film the show for broadcast in May.
