WATCH: New Video For Nickelback’s “She Keeps Me Up”

Nickelback has released a new video for "She Keeps Me Up," the latest single from its new album No Fixed Address.

Premiering on LiveNation.com, the clip for the atypically funky song starts with two female fans knocking on what appears to be a backstage door and ushered into a dance party, complete with mirror balls, fire-breathing bartenders and the four Nickelback members performing in suits and ties.

Frontman Chad Kroeger tells us the song is a deliberate change of pace for Nickelback:

"We just want to try something we've never done before. Up til now we've always just tried to be heavier with the rock songs and more melodic with the melodic songs, and now it's, 'OK, not everything has to be left and right. Why can't we go forward and back a little bit?' So we tried to get a little funky, and so far everything that we've heard coming back from 'She Keeps Me Up' is very positive."

Nickelback is currently on the road in North America, with dates booked through August 29.
